PassportPro processes facial features from your photos entirely on-device for format conversion purposes. No biometric data, facial recognition data, or personal information is transmitted to external servers, stored persistently, or shared with third parties.
This privacy policy applies to the PassportPro app (hereby referred to as "Application") for iOS and macOS devices that was created by Cihat SALIK (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Face Data Collection and Processing
Our app processes facial features from user-provided photos solely for the purpose of format conversion and export functionality. The app detects and processes facial geometry data temporarily during the image processing workflow.
The face data is used exclusively for:
- Converting user photos to the correct format specifications

Technical Implementation
Our app utilizes Apple's built-in Vision framework for on-device face detection, ensuring:

- Immediate disposal of all temporary facial data
Information Collection and Use
Apart from the temporary face processing described above, the Application may collect minimal technical information for app functionality:
- Basic app usage statistics (not related to face processing)
- iOS/macOS version and device information for compatibility
- Crash reports to improve app stability (if you opt-in)
The Application does not collect location information or any personal data beyond what is necessary for photo processing. The Service Provider may use non-face related information to contact you from time to time for important app updates or support communications.
Third Party Access
Your face data and photo content are never shared with third parties. Only anonymized, non-face related technical data may be transmitted to help improve the Application's performance and stability.
The Service Provider may disclose non-face technical information only:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who help maintain the app and have agreed to strict confidentiality rules.
Under no circumstances are your face data, photos, or biometric information shared with anyone.
Data Storage and Retention
Your photos and face data in PassportPro are processed locally on your device:
- All photo processing occurs locally on your device
- Face detection data is processed temporarily in device memory only
- No face data is stored persistently on your device or our servers
- Processed photos are saved to your device's photo library if you choose to export them
PassportPro does not have access to your stored photos and cannot retrieve or delete them remotely. All face processing data is automatically cleared after each use.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it through standard iOS/macOS processes. You can also disable camera access in your device's privacy settings to prevent the app from accessing your photos.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. PassportPro is designed for general photo processing and does not target children specifically.
Parents should supervise children's use of photo processing apps and camera features. If you believe a child has provided personal information through PassportPro, please contact us at cihatsalik1@gmail.com. Users must be at least 16 years of age to consent to data processing.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to protecting your face data and privacy. We use industry-standard security measures and Apple's Vision framework to ensure all face processing occurs securely on your device.
