Your Privacy is Protected

TrackLens keeps all your recordings completely local on your Mac. No data is ever transmitted, uploaded, or shared with us or any third parties.

This privacy policy applies to the TrackLens app (hereby referred to as "Application") for macOS devices that was created by Cihat SALIK (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Screen Recording and Camera Overlay

Information Collection and Use

Apart from the locally stored recordings you create, the Application may collect minimal technical information for app functionality:

• Basic app usage statistics (not related to recording content)
• macOS version and device information for compatibility
• Crash reports to improve app stability (if you opt-in)

The Application does not collect location information or any personal data from your recordings. The Service Provider may use non-recording related information to contact you from time to time for important app updates or support communications.

Third Party Access

Your recordings and screen content are never shared with third parties. Only anonymized, non-recording related technical data may be transmitted to help improve the Application's performance and stability.

The Service Provider may disclose non-recording technical information only:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers who help maintain the app and have agreed to strict confidentiality rules.

Under no circumstances are your recordings, screen content, or camera footage shared with anyone.

Data Storage and Retention

All recordings created by TrackLens are stored locally on your Mac device. You have complete control over these files and can:

• Access your recordings through standard macOS Finder
• Move recordings to any location on your device or external storage
• Delete recordings at any time
• Share recordings yourself if you choose to do so

TrackLens does not have access to your stored recordings and cannot retrieve or delete them remotely.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it through standard macOS processes. Your locally stored recordings will remain on your device unless you choose to delete them separately.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of screen recording applications. If you believe a child has used TrackLens inappropriately, please contact us at cihatsalik1@gmail.com. Users must be at least 16 years of age to consent to data processing.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to protecting your privacy. Since all recordings are stored locally on your device, the security of your content depends on your Mac's security settings. We recommend using macOS security features like FileVault and secure user accounts to protect your recordings.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the local storage of your recordings on your device and the minimal technical data collection described in this Privacy Policy.
